AICENT’S RIM® CONNECTION SERVICE NOW AVAILABLE IN LATIN AMERICA

Comcel, Colombia’s largest telecommunications carrier, will use Aicent service for rapid deployments of BlackBerry® service.

SAN JOSE, CALIF. – AUGUST 21, 2007 – Aicent, Inc. (www.aicent.com) today announced that its RIM® Connection Service, enabling mobile operators to quickly activate service on the popular BlackBerry® platform, is now operational in Latin America. Aicent’s RIM Connection Service allows mobile operators to quickly and easily deliver to their subscribers the wireless email and mobile data services provided by Research In Motion® (RIM), guaranteeing these operators will deliver high quality BlackBerry services to their customers.

Comcel – a member of America Movil (the leading operator group in Latin America) and Colombia’s largest telecommunications provider with more than 18 million subscribers – is the first customer in Latin America to deploy Aicent’s RIM Connection Service. Aicent’s RIM Connection Service is widely deployed in Asia by some of the largest mobile operators in China, Taiwan and South East Asia.
