On Tuesday, December 26, a magnitude 6.7 earthquake occurred off the southwest coast of Taiwan.
The earthquake and its continuing aftershocks have impacted several undersea telecommunications cable systems.
As a result, Aicent customers may have experienced various short service disruptions in the south Asia-Pacific region.
Since then, all Aicent services have been quickly restored with the exception of the MMS Virtual Delivery Web access,
which may still experience service disruption or slow access. Aicent is waiting for the regional Internet service restoration.
